Of note, it doesn't say in the offer page, but you only get YouTube Premium Lite included when the free trial ends. Also it did cancel and refund my existing annual Google one subscription automatically.

Community Reviews

This Verizon Google AI Pro perk is a six month free trial that turns into $10 per month afterward, with YouTube Premium Lite included only once the paid period starts. It also brings Gemini Notebook and strong web research tools, making it appealing for testing Google AI features. Enrollment can be finicky, though, with some signups showing shorter trial lengths, plan or device eligibility checks, and occasional need for Verizon chat support. Existing Google One or perk subscriptions may be prorated, refunded, or moved, but adding it can affect other Verizon or FIOS discounts.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes. Existing Google AI Pro or Google One subscriptions can be removed and re-added to trigger the promo, and the unused time may be prorated and refunded. Some users also moved the perk to a different Verizon line when plan restrictions blocked the original line.

  • Yes. Adding the perk can automatically cancel and refund an existing annual Google One subscription, and it can also remove a Verizon FIOS loyalty or grandfathered pricing offer. It may also require turning family sharing back on after re-adding the perk.

    JonathanA8710PensukeWildpir8willygee

  • Yes, but it is not usable during the free period. YouTube Premium Lite becomes available when the paid service starts after the 6 months, so the perk is effectively delayed until billing begins.

  • The offer is for new Google AI Pro perk enrollment only, with the promo ending after 6 months or if the perk is canceled or moved to an ineligible plan. After that, it bills at $10 per month unless you cancel or unregister.

    liljay2klyc166

  • Yes. Enrollment can require an eligible Verizon plan and a compatible device, and some accounts may need a plan change or a different device to add it. The offer also requires Google account registration and age 18+.

If you cancel your current plan, this offer will become applicable. Just be aware that if you're cancelling a free trial plan that has time remaining you will lose that.

I believe that this deal is for anyone buying a new pixel 11 pro. I bought mine directly from the Google store and have this deal. I think I looked at the Google One app so see this showing up.
This deal through VZW is separate, I believe, but similar. Yes, all new Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL purchases made right now include a similar free 6 months offer that shows up in the Google One app. I was hoping they'd be stackable (e.g., apply 6 months, then another 6 months when the first runs out) but the terms say that each account is eligible only once for this cycle.

Anyone know how long this offer will last? I recently enrolled in the 3-month daily drop perk, but that offer didn't come with YouTube premium lite included.

I recently bought a new laptop with co-pilot. Due to surgeries, I haven't explored co-pilot. Is this a competitor or companion to what I have already?

Update: after posting, I checked online and verified with co-pilot built in, I likely don't need this but why the thumb's down? Tough crowd. I'm rehabbing from two major surgeries and bought a new laptop in between the procedures as I had to turn in my company laptop. The one I purchased was knowingly overkill for my current needs but I figured it was good to have moving forward. When I'm comfortable using more than a phone, I'll learn the benefits of co-pilot.
