For a 12 piece chicken tender, it's not bad. Wings are a little smaller then you think. Good, not great.

Got Popeyes last night because the family wanted it. It's been at least a year since we had them. I ordered for pickup and it wasn't ready for 20 minutes after the pickup time. My brother was theone who went to pick it up and said it was terrible. Everyone was waiting forever, everyone was coming back in complaining thier order was wrong and they were yelling at the customers saying thier orders were perfect. He vrought ours home and everything was wrong. Was cold, and they forgot half the order. No sauces, no fries, no mashed potatoes. I called and was told they were 100% confident my order was right. I told them I'm looking at the reciept and my order right now and where are all these otems I've paif for, like fries, mashed potatoes, sauces, biscuits. I have othng but cold chicken. Would you like a photo?

Sounds like a bad local Popeyes experience. Deal is still pretty good for the fingers.

I don't know how much good it would do, but I'd contact someone in their corporate office and let them know about your experience.
I like their food, but I have noticed that customer service isn't one of their strong points.
