Don't buy from this company. Bought 4 of their keyboards and kept returning on Amazon. Finally decided to just go through warranty and emailing them is a Nightmare. They reply once every week at 3am. They refused to accept my issue (15 keys on board were ghosting and stuttering) as a warranty after 20 emails.

i did know they were that bad. But I've been eyeing on this keyboard for so long and it never got down under $100 so i mean at this price point, I think it is worth it, especially with Amazon easy return policy

I and one other person have definitely not had this experience. I bought the Nuphy air75 v1 way back and a friend got the air60 v3 several months ago. No looking to argue, just a counter-balanced experience.

I have quite a few of their stuff. Warranty support was rather good. Usually within a day and they have a discord which they are pretty active in. That said I don't think I've ever had a bad keyboard from them. You mileage may vary but out of the 7 keyboards, none were defective or had issues.
