Sorry, seeing canola oil and whole eggs listed before egg yolks doesn't work, I guess the addition of MSG makes it Japanese style. Kinda like how those that think Corned Beef and Cabbage is an Irish dish.

MSG is King of Flavor. It's also fairly harmless. It was part of the same food scare as real butter is bad and margarine is good, and no such thing as healthy fats... so take it with 1 grain of salt.

MSG has zero negative health effects. Not saying you don't know this, but some people still haven't heard the last 30 years of news on it
