Community Reviews
This DeWalt DCD801 kit stands out as a strong value for the drill plus two 4.0 Ah Powerpack batteries and charger, especially when the price drops into the $134 to $155 range. The batteries alone were worth the purchase for some, and the compact pack size still delivers solid power for everyday drilling. The anti kickback feature is the main tradeoff, since it can shut the drill down on tougher jobs like spade bit holes in studs, while helping on finishing work. Stock has also been inconsistent, with units often hidden on top shelves or pulled from the back.

Hopefully they fixed the issues with the anti rotation.

Got there and none in the power tools section. Asked the worker about it and he went and got one from the back saying it was the last one. I asked if it really was and he doubled down saying it was. Bought it and happy but would have bought 2.
