Non-replaceable battery. Hot swapable battery is ideal because these units all die after being left on the charger.
Mine died after just a year. Now it only runs for about 10 seconds. The unit itself is built really solid, but the big question is why don't they let us replace the battery?

So you keep buying a new one. Theoretically you can replace the battery, but it's a destructive processes. These non-servicable products should be banned and people need to stop submitting them. They're not a good deal.
