I can't tell the difference in freshness from my local roaster.. but maybe my taste isn't refined enough.

Has varies. Some places it's over $6 a gallon. My local cheapest as of a few days ago was $4.97, but that's been fluctuating a fair bit thanks to the moron-in-chief.
