A while ago I had a Park Chain cleaner like this. It seemed so cool. All it did was make a mess. Toothbrush, rag and WD40 or kerosene work great. They still make a mess, but at least you don't have to clean the chain cleaner afterwards.

I just pressure wash it spotless. Works better than any degreaser or brush.
