There is no separate power-off button/switch on them, besides the LED, DC, and AC inverter on/off soft buttons.
What I don't like the most about these new power station companies is they always claim "fast charging" which is hilarious because if you dig deep and read their specs like this one it says 120watt max input. That is hilariously slow. Compare that to my ecoflow river 2 which I got 3 and a half years ago charges on AC at 360 Watts.
Bottom line, these newer players tries to cut cost and hence cut a lot of corners and don't even have better prices, so no don't do it.

I just ordered the EcoFlow River 3 Max with eb600 for $369 which I hope will charge much faster.

A product is only good if it does what it should do though, and in this case, store energy. The Ecoflow actually works well. I purchased a second without the external battery, specifically because it's a legit power station.
I haven't decided if I want to burden someone else with the Daran by selling it.

Been eyeing the past refurb Bluetti 100v2 deals, hopefully it will come back toward BF in the $250 range again.
To answer your second question, if you did get this, you could connect the two panels, but you would need blocking diodes if the voltages/amperages do not match. Also, you would be kneecapping the better panel because it would be limited to what the lower panel has in specs. It would be much better to have matching panels. Either way, do some research before attempting any combinations so you don't ruin the charge controller inside the power station.
