January of 2025 isn't in the last year, it's barely even last year unfortunately. That deal was 20~ months ago...Lot happened since then economically unfortunately.

This kit with 1.5 battery isn't worth it @ $99!
The DCS356 bare tool has been $58-$69 multiple times with in the last 3 months.
The kit with 2ah battery has been the same price , which makes this 1.5ah kit NOT A DEAL!
