Purchased a drink (forgot my boba) for burger king cheeseburger

Purchased fries for Wendy's Dave's Single deal

Purchasing an apple pie (dessert) for this deal.

See what I did there?

Edit: I ended up finding a combo that McDonald's app does not recognize! So, if you get the apple and pumpkin pie combo, you get each pie for $1.349 each. If you buy one, it is $1.69 or $1.89 depending on the pie.

So $2.69 for the pies together and free ($2.69 value) for the burger. Win!

The double cheeseburger is 2/16 pound of meat ..or 1/8.

It's a better deal to get two double quarter pounders for $9 (here in NY) using the survey coupon. That gives you...16/16ths of meat that isn't frozen 🤣

I guess it's a break even? But there's so many free fry deals these days, you can add that, and then it comes ahead.

If you are good with the app, multiple accts, and the survey coupons, you can feed your family of four easily for $11. And not that YT clickbait where they share one plate of sliders between eight kids. No. This is real, lol.

Actually, the double cheeseburger has 3.2 ounces of meat (pre-cooked weight). It uses two of the standard 1.6 ounce patties. If you add another patty for $1 as the purchase requirement, you get a burger that's over a quarter of a pound for right around $1. Now I much prefer the thicker patties on double quarter pounders, but this deal is one of the absolute cheapest out there for the amount of meat. Also, I like the double quarter pounder, but two of them are a bit much unless I'm grabbing lunch with someone else, in which case McD's rarely makes the cut.

If you want to be really technical, beef came from cows. Cows came from various areas of Europe, Asia, and northern Africa. Before the U.S. started breeding cows for easier sourcing, without having to pay those other continents for them; everything was imported.

Nope … the double is free when you spend $1, so you just need to hit $1 for the total. Near me the extra patties are 99¢, so I need to add a 25¢ sauce as well, but I think some locations charge an even $1 for the extra patty.

Thanks for the tip. I did this because our extra patty wasn't a dollar, so I adjusted the items and prices to get it to $ 1 and change. nod
