Latency yes, much more responsive on wireless vs Bluetooth.

The original xbox one controller didn't have bluetooth, they had something called Wi-Fi Max, or something. some kind of weird proprietary protocol or something. I can't remember the name of it.

Anyone have used this adapter before? I always used the original xbox adapter so i have no clue if this works as good. I want one as spare in case my old one bites the dust.

I haven't, I've only used the original which I still have, but I thought the same, picking one up as a spare. Especially for the price it might be worth checking out.

same lol, my og xbox dongle has come apart from the housing, so when i try to remove it from the usb port, the plastic shell comes off but the board stays plugged in.

still works though

If I have only one dongle, can I connect multiple xbox controllers at the same time?

The Xbox Wireless protocol is proprietary, so I wonder if this is using something else?
