Some still have older Usb-A power units, such as when Samsung and others used to include them with phones for free even when phones were transitioning to USBc. Some cars still have usbA outlets (alingside c). If you want c to c, there is a listing deal here for c to c on these for about double this price. It may be soon when usbA will completely disappear
