Received it today. not tried yet, accessories look ok.However lots of small dings and scratches on back side of cup holder on stainless steel plate, visible from far.So not sure if this is worth.

I received mine today, and it was brand new. There was a tiny scratch on the stainless steel plate on the top of the unit. It was shipped in the original box, and the unit and accessories were all new and unused. Guess I got lucky! I'm enjoying the first cup now and have zero complaints.

Came with, what appear to be, coffee cup stains on the top and several minor scratches. It's not perfect but I'm keeping it.
