AirThings is quite expensive but at least a fairly reputable company but I have two of their "Plus" models and I have put them side by side for a couple months and the readings are quite different and you would expect them to be within a small % difference at most.

Long story short, if you want the cheapest device you can get with the actual sensors built into it to directly measure values, here is the one:

That's the model number of the device from the first-party manufacturer. It costs about $100. You can search the model number directly and find sellers directly out of China you can buy it from.
The alternative is to buy it from a domestic supplier which renames it to something else (can't remember what), gives you a certificate of accuracy, and marks the price up to like $300. The domestic one is the exact same unit, you're just paying an extra $200 for the certificate of accuracy for legal certification reasons.

P.S. - Worth pointing out that everything is relative, and having that unit next to one of these cheap ones, yes the numbers between the two are slightly off, but the numbers themselves both go up and down at the same time. So if your goal is just to notice when there are large changes in any of these values, either unit would do.
