Community Reviews
The E12 is a compact Bluetooth label maker with a built in keyboard, backlit display, and four included tapes, and it can also print from a phone. It stands out for the extra tape bundle and the convenience of using either the keyboard or the app. The main cautions are connection trouble with some Samsung phones, a finicky promo code flow in the Amazon app, and tape that may be too weak for long term use on plastic patch panels, wall plates, or cables. A handy starter labeler if the included tape and app quirks fit the job.

Thanks.
Downside note - the E11, while USB-C port, cannot charge from a negotiated USB-C port. I had to plug it into USB A to C. Guessing this applies to the the E12 as well, but cannot confirm that. It says this in the manual, so it's a known issue.
Pro-tip - if you really want to use USB-C - you can put it through an A->C adapter so it can't negotiate power.
