Unfortunately this (and Benadryl) is linked to increased dementia risk on a cumulative basis, ie the more / longer you take it, the more the risk increases.
Use sparingly if needed, just FYI!

This is good info. I often use Benadryl as a sleep aid, I'll have to talk to my Dr. about using something else like low dose trazodone.
