The order is scheduled to ship on Sunday, October 4th. The last time this deal on fish oil tablets was offered, my order didn't ship until a month after I placed it. By then, I received an email stating that the price had increased, so I never actually received the discounted rate.

Unless you have a special need the recommended daily dosage is 800 IU.

As for the study : "Experts note that while the reduction in telomere attrition is statistically significant, it remains uncertain whether this translates to major health benefits like lower rates of heart disease or extended lifespans"

Does taking over the daily dosage have any side effects?

4000 iu or about 100mcg is the daily ceiling. A build up over time can cause the body to take on too much calcium.

So this and your multi vitamins a day should be below the limits of toxicity.

Also a dry pill is best with a fat portion of your meals. 30-50% more absorbed. That's why there's gel versions

You should honestly just get your vitamin d levels checked through a blood test. Far better idea than just randomly guessing on whether you need this or not.
