UPDATE: 10 months later, the watch is not charging anymore. It went to Citizen for the same problem two months ago and Citizen claimed it was not properly charged. I own 4 additional solar Eco-drive watches, but this one is the only faulty. A lemon or just bad quality?

Have a similar problem with a different Citizen watch. Wonder if quality has taken a dip there of late.
