Good tool, but do not expect allstate to ever follow through on any warranty claim whatsoever.

That's not my experience. I've only had to make two claims from two ebay purchases, earbuds and a humidifier. Both broke before their 2 year, 1 year warranty period respectively.

Logged into an all state portal, filled out form, and sent a replacements for both with no additional (shipping or troubleshooting) cost to me.

Also with CPO Outlet, I ordered a makita bundle with a DOA single slow charger. They directed me to Makita support instead of Allstate and Makita sent me a dual rapid charger instead.

If you follow the procedure, you will get the replacement.

Not my experience, for sure.
