Bio Bidet Flow is a motion activated pull down kitchen faucet that stands out for hands free convenience and long term reliability. The base sensor is easy to trigger once you learn it, and the faucet can also switch on when the sprayer head is pulled down. Long time use is described as trouble free, with only battery changes or minor wear showing up over years. The main caution is that guests may find the motion control unintuitive, and replacement parts or warranty support may be limited if the model is being discontinued.

I stick to my toilet bidet. No sink for me.
How does it work as a water flosser?

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I've had this for several years and eventually had to replace the spray head due to a known issue where the button to switch spray modes eventually stops working. When I ordered the replacement part, the company told me they're discontinuing this faucet and so the parts for it would also no longer be stocked. So just FYI.

We bought two of these from Costco loved them until we didn't. Both of them had a leak from the head/sprayer right as the warranty expired. I could not find any parts at all at the time (about a year or so ago) to just replace that part. We returned them to Costco for a refund and bought two more from a deal on Woot after verifying from Bio Bidet they had the original 5 year warranty. Based upon our experience, I would not buy these even at this price unless I had a 5 year warranty and/or had bought them from Costco and could return them.

"Bio Bidet Touchless" ... Makes me think of a person hanging arse first into the kitchen sink waving their bum for a wash. Thanks poorly executed product translation!

This is a really good price. Paid around $100 through woot years ago and has been flawless (aside from dead batteries) the entire time. I like the sensor being at the base better than the sensor up in the arch of the neck (moen or delta?) for the most part. I would buy another if I needed one.

I want to pull the trigger, but it looks like I'd get a $25 VAT tax on this in the US.

Oh why? Is it that bad and unintuitive?
Of course it's unintuitive for a person who doesn't use one on a regular basis. The overwhelming majority of faucets require you to move the handle to release the water. Unless your guests always ask permission to use your kitchen sink, they're going to assume it's like virtually every other kitchen faucet. And then, when they wave their hand over the sensor after having almost certainly returned the handle to the "off" position, it does nothing.

Like others in this thread, we've had ours for almost 10 years now, from back when Flow was its own company, before it was purchased by Bio Bidet (and now Bemis). We have friends over 1-2 times per month and they more often than not forget ours is like this and it usually takes them the first try before they remember. Muscle memory is a powerful thing.

One item of note about buying this: I don't know if Bemis is simply rebranding (you can see it says "Flow" with "by Bemis" in small text at the base of the faucet...maybe they're just replacing or removing the text), redesigning (eg. to consolidate parts manufacturing), or discontinuing the faucet altogether, but this is a now a discontinued item. As an original Flow owner, I don't even know if they've changed out parts since Flow was acquired. So this might be the same as the OG Flow (good thing, IMO), or it might already be a cheapened version. And maybe the next version - if there is one - will be worse. I paid $100 in mid-2010s dollars, so $80 in 2026 is a very good deal, IMO. Just realize that you might be SOL if you run into issues after the 1-year warranty is up.

it never turned on the faucet incorrectly while placing dishes in the sink or taking them out, since the sensor is placed at the base?
Do you have to place your hand very close to the sensor to turn on the faucet?
Will the faucet stays on entire time while cleaning the dishes?

I have no complaints about my faucet. I've had it for 8 years. No problems so I recommend this deal

I just got this and installed it a couple days ago. To answer your question, yes it will turn on with any motion like placing your dishes close to the sensor, but it can be turned off by making a motion or moving the dish out of the way. You have to place your hand about 3 inches or less from the sensor for it to work. The faucet will stay on the entire time until you motion it again. Just to add, it will also turn on when you pull down on the faucet head and when you place it back it will turn off on its own. So far that's what I got. My wife is loving it.
