And henceforth, let it be known that it shall always be known as "Gameatop". (op may have corrected it, but this misspelling was awesome)

These games have been quite a bit cheaper during past sales. $42 for an older Switch game isn't a great deal. I wish this sale was a little better.

gamestop still trash for everything. worst company on earth. cant wait till they go bankrupt. They are lucky the stock popped in 2020-21 and was able to cash out nicely. Wont happen again. Keep scalping.

Better deals on all these games in 1-2 months for black friday deals

You can borrow older game from local library, I have been playing Zelda: BOTW for almost a month now, our library has 2 copies and I could just extend copy 1 for a month and then reserve the second copy after. I even purchased the Switch 2 upgrade for it even I don't own the game LOL

A few years ago for Mario Day, I picked up some of these for $20 and $30. I can't imagine paying $42 for 10 year old Switch 1 games.

One of the biggest slaps in the face... They get 300 million back and think they're helping gamers by making them pay more money lol

This sale should be pretty much everywhere including directly at Nintendo as it's part of a "customer appreciation" sale Nintendo is doing after getting a huge tariff refund. They get a bunch of money back and we get a sale that's basically the same sale they always do (30% off) when they have a sale. The only difference I can see is more games being on sale all at the same time than they usually do.
