Wth. Just bought this last week for double. It's pretty light but the rack part is pretty strong despite the weight. Comes with a lot of different bolts and adapters.

Take the weight limit on this seriously. This rack has no rigid struts, and the only thing lending it structure is the friction of the attachments. Every bolt is a potential pivot point, and the pictures of warped / broken hardware imply you won't really be able to torque it enough to make it stable.

Not 100% true, It does have rigid struts, the older style had flat bars for the shiny part so it can be bent to fit various bike but this has tubular. You are right about the joints where there are bolts are pivot points. Easily solved if you really want it sturdier by putting serrated lock washers in between the two members. You can even add some red locktite! But don't use that on the bolts going to the bike itself.

You can also try contacting support and they may refund you the difference. Did this recently with a monitor.

Same but 14aH. Bolted the battery holder to the rack.

Yup. Level it out and red loctite is a must at least for my application .
