Any projector with 2,000 lumen or more should be plenty for a great image at night, I'm going to keep in mind a lot of your cheaper projectors with only a couple hundred lumens or less I'm going to be useless at this size with the screen material that was used. And what I mean by "great image", I absolutely don't mean anything close to what you would get inside the home to even a white wall, but it won't be so dim your irritated.

We replaced the W1060 with a Panasonic Solidshine hybrid model that delivers 2500 lumens (rated at 3500) even when in a decent color mode. It's finally bright enough to really use the big screen size.
So if you want to use this for backyard fun, I would suggest getting a projector with a real lamp and at least an honest 1000 lumens in color mode (not just high brightness mode)
Many of the cheap, LED protectors that use a single LCD panel will probably struggle to deliver enough light when you are trying to project at that size. That isn't saying those projectors always look bad on a smaller screen, just that they aren't likely bright enough.
BTW, with kids, outdoor movie night is a lot of fun.
