The 8bitdo ultimate 2 is bluetooth. You'll need to update the firmware to 2.01 using your PC.

Y'all are crazy, ain't nobody buying a Switch 2 Pro controller for PC. And anyone recommending 8BitDo controllers for the Switch 2 doesn't know what they are talking about - so many missing features when used on the Switch 2. If you want a controller for PC you should get a PC controller, not a Switch 2 one.

At least recommend the EasySMX S10 or Mobapad Chitu 2 - actual 3rd party controllers that at least try to get a bunch of Switch features on their controllers for a reasonable price.

How does this compare to the original Switch Pro Controller? I use mine on the Switch 2 all the time, and don't know if the 2 version is worth an upgrade

Slickdeals doesn't tend to have the right audience for every product. It's every consumer jammed onto every product. For an actual Switch 2 enthusiast this is a great deal. The pro controller is way better than the 2 Joycon setup. I have 1, wish I had 4.
