Wonder if these are even good.... so many used ones for sale on Facebook make me think it sucks
They great to pair up around the house and sync up for different themes/scenes. It only lights up from one side and is meant to be facing the wall for ambient lighting. But they don't do general purpose lighting very well. If it faces the room it's a sharp brightness that doesnt even light up the room well too.

I have had one for about 9 months now and I love it. It's more of an ambient mood lighting type of lamp, though. Absolutely would purchase this again, especially at this price.

I had two of these and a monitor back light for my PC. The three lights together couldn't sync to the same color, it always looked off. Govee seems pretty cheap compared to HUE but you deffinitely don't get the color accuracy that you would with HUE lights. These also seemed pretty dim. I returned them all.

I've had one for over maybe 2 years now and use it along with my Govee desktop RGB lights. They work fine with the app and using voice control through Google. I also have the hexagon lights from Govee but havent put them up yet.
