Don't buy a shark. Support is almost non-existent, website is broken if you have an issues (seems to be on purpose), and lots of other issues.

Stick with an actual brand that doesn't push out crap products.

the small hose cracked in mine after about 9 years, but it was a cheap and easy fix with parts from amazon for about $9..but yeah, other than that still suckin'!
