Interesting product.

I'm assuming the product photos showing a plant on top of the urn is NOT getting water from this?

Might be ok if you will be out of town for long periods of time, but I don't think you need it daily. I mean what the point of having plants and too lazy to taking care of them?

Really need something like this, but man this product only has vine reviews and not even all of those are positive. Does anyone have firsthand experience with it?

I originally set up a self-watering system just for a two-week trip, but once I realized I only had to water my plants twice a month, there was no going back. Honestly, though, you're better off skipping this and grabbing an electric pump setup on Amazon. It costs less than half the price and can easily handle over twenty plants.

Any recommendations? I don't even know where to start with these self-watering systems as there are so many complications when I think about it. Different plant sizes, watering requirements, heights/distances, potential leaks to name a few.

I am using this one for a year or so now and it has been very dependable, even after power outages, the settings come right back. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F21NQ...n_title_17
I add some "compost tea" to the water every few weeks
