Bragg organic raw apple cider vinegar is valued as a versatile pantry staple for cooking, cleaning, and even diluted health routines. It comes up for pulled pork, sauces, and fly traps, and the Bragg bottle is preferred over cheaper Amazon vinegar for taste and usefulness. Price checks put it close to Costco and Sprouts, which softens the appeal of the deal. The main caution is acidity, since frequent diluted use can still wear enamel and the bottle can expire if it is not used quickly. A practical pick if you want one vinegar for several jobs.

If you drink a tbps diluted with water before a meal, it helps slow a glucose spike after, a little health hack I do now. Maybe about 33%, so don't go thinking you can eat all of the tres leches you want.
Diluted in a cup of water is still about pH of 3.5–4.0 which is well below the critical enamel dissolution threshold of about 5.5, so it can cause significant and irreversible tooth enamel damage if exposure is frequent.. also don't hit the Tres Leche right afterwards when you're enamel is the most vulnerable!

Is this the version that contains APEEL, or was it the organic version that was certified not to contain this?

well I'll drink it fast and then swish with water after. That short exposure I don't think will dissolve enamel. PH of coke is 2.5, so it's even less and you have folks who drink that all day. But you are right, it is a concern, you don't want too much acidity exposure to teeth.
