Kamrui isn't a very reliable brand. Same manufacturer as Ace Magic (infamously sold with malware preinstalled). You'll also notice that Amazon notes this is a frequently returned item. This is not a "SlickDeal" by any means.

whats the SD'ers recommendation for a mini pc , which can run local Ai ? similar to a mac mini , or do we just wait for mac mini BF deal

It's going to be a lot slower than a similarly provisioned max mini that has an Apple CPU. I'm not a fan of the cultish bs or walled garden you find in the Apple world, but they're better for this use case. But, for about $1k and some research, you can put together a powerful ai PC using an older data center GPU and DDR4-related components.
