I own this pair of Klipsch speakers. It is in the large side for bookshelves. The sound is very lively, forward and fun to listen to. Bass is adequate if you are place them for near field listening. A very nice and balanced speaker, I would recommend them to general consumer for sure. Audiophiles always criticize this or that. But for this price, you are getting a very nice looking and sounding bookshelves for your desk or TV.
