I can see it in my rewards as available to redeem (Colorado).
you have to be enrolled in their rewards program, there is no code … it will show up in your rewards available to redeem when logged into your account

The offer is sitting right there. Could be ymmv if some people are not seeing it.
Edit: Ran into an issue. When I click on the offer, it states, "unable to load reward items."
