The ACEMAGIC S16 pairs a Ryzen 7 H 255 and Radeon 780M with 24GB of LPDDR5 memory, making it a strong value for gaming and on device inference. The dual channel 2x12GB setup matters for iGPU performance, and the CPU and graphics are described as roughly Z1 Extreme class. The price looks especially attractive against current DDR5 pricing. The main cautions are the unclear PCIe 3.0 limited 2280 slots, concerns about cheap internal parts, and the fact that S16 variants are not all equivalent.
The configuration includes 24GB of LPDDR5 in dual-channel mode, which supports stronger iGPU performance than a single-channel setup.
The laptop's CPU and iGPU are described as super capable for gaming, with performance compared to a Z1 Extreme equivalent.
The deal framing is supported by community pricing context, since 24GB DDR5 sticks are described as costing $300+ on Amazon.
The memory layout is clarified as dual-channel rather than 1x24GB, which helps set more realistic expectations for iGPU and on-device inference.
ACEMAGIC is reported to use cheap internal components, with complaints that battery degradation and sudden motherboard failures can show up after the first 6-12 months.
The PCIe 3.0-limited 2280 slot configuration is flagged as a potential concern that could limit storage performance.
Different ACEMAGIC S16 variants are not equivalent, so shoppers may need to verify the exact configuration before relying on the stated specs.
The RAM is described as LPDDR5 rather than 2x SODIMM slots, which can limit upgrade flexibility compared with SODIMM-based designs.

YOU ARE KIDDING ME? 24gb of DDR5 is now $300????
Yes, not SODIMM. But it IS dual-channel, hence 2x12 and not 1x24. People who want expectations on performance, especially with the iGPU or on-device inference will appreciate the difference.
Just kidding... but I was like "wait, this guy again?"
