Physical's msrp is $70 so this is matching the digital price. FYI there is a special edition(currently not available) but it seems to only be a steelcase and amiibo.

It's also $60 at Walmart. The SAVE3X code does not appear to work on this like it did for the OOT preorder.

There were all kinds of wall hacks that you could trigger to open up some inaccessible path ways and skip bosses, you didn't actually need cheats.

Between this game and the new Zelda, the Switch 2 is starting to look tempting. But damn the price of the console is too rich for my blood.

It did for me big time! I never finished the game because of those damn things! I couldn't get the timing right on those attacks..

Also the remake of Metroid 2 on 3DS, Samus Returns. Both were excellent, even if I feel like $70 is a touch high of a price tag for a 2D Metroid game.

You aren't the only one. I passed on four. I don't got time for that mess. I've played all the other metroids including hunters. And other m. Dread is very good. So I'm expecting this to be very good. Four was just a mess and it would have been okay if they didn't do that motorcycle stuff. And I don't got time for that or listening to people talk. One of the best parts of Metroid is to quiet exploration. I know people have wondered about the galactic federation, but the way they did this was pretty terrible. I'm going to continue to pass on it just like breath of the wild and tears of the king. I just don't have time for those even though these are my favorite series.. these are just too far from what I want. Teach their own

What Ive been buying sony since 1990s and they have always been a greedy company.I remember when ps3 and it was so expensive that CEO said people would just get a second job to pay for it.Also this is a corporation that built it company on coming to America and copying transistor radios and putting there name on it.

I got to the last boss with all the items I could get and that dang boss just gets me every time. I loved Dread, but I just gave up and went back and played Super Metroid. I'm happy to preorder Ravenous.

You're missing out on MP4. It's definitely the weakest out of the series and it does have a lot of issues. But those issues, like the NPCs and the annoying desert, are mostly overblown and aren't that big of a part of the game. And it is hands down the most gorgeous game Nintendo has released to date. Who would have thought a Nintendo game would be running at 4K 60 fps let alone 120 fps (at 1080p)? If you're a metroid fan you really should play it. But get it on sale or even better borrow it from someone.
