These do expire and will go bad when not used. I like squirts in Soda type drinks to cut the sugar taste but not in things like Coleslaw so much. I'll stick with the store brands on sale in lower quantities

If you're in California, Nevada or Arizona and have a Smart & Final near you, they carry a house brand (First Street) gallon size lime juice for a reasonable cost. I buy if often and am thrilled to pay $7.50 in So Calif. Best of luck!
