The only positive reviews are from Vine customers. Pass.
Yeah all of these little HTPC remotes seem like they're either complete junk or are built such that they're ok to start but start crapping out in short order. I was looking for one a few months back and, because of poor reviews basically across the board, ended up with a Logitech K400 Plus (which I quickly learned is also terrible- don't buy that either). I'm about to go back to a regular wireless PC keyboard and mouse and be the nerd with those on their coffee table.

the k830 was king but discontinued, Framework Wireless Touchpad Keyboard due to release soon, apparently the spiritual sucsessor to it, cant wait to get my grubby hands on one.

Don't find the Logitech K400 Plus to be terrible, but it could have been a much better product. Thought it was an improvement form the k400, but that may not be saying a lot. I like the Plus the most out of all those Logitech HTPC laptops because the volume buttons are right above the mousepad, whereas on the regular 400 (and the K600) they're in the Function Keys row, which I find annoying because I have to look for them to adjust volume. The discontinued k830 was like the K400 Plus, and I'd get a k830 if they didn't go for an arm and a leg on Ebay... Unfortunately, there's still no great solution when it comes to HTPC keyboards.

Back in the olden MythTV days I had a product with this form factor and it was pretty decent: https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-K...B07ZV13MFC - I thought Logitech made it, but the closest I could find from them was the DiNovo Mini.

Wow MythTV, there's a name I haven't heard in a long time! Hmm, I was thinking a trackball might be the way to go for this use case. Interesting thought.

You can try the brand "Rii". They're pretty popular in the mini keyboard category.
