I just want to make sure everyone understands they are paying a premium here for the Organic® label, which confers nothing of quality or value whatsoever.

A 15 lb bag of King Arthur's bread flour is $9.99 at my Costco. It isn't on sale, that is the everyday price. That's $0.66 / lb versus this at $1.29 / lb.

Just to know the flour is organic, you will pay more that double.

It depends what you want to do. If you want a specific bread or cake flour, King Arthur's is the best. If you're baking cookies, it doesn't matter where you buy the all purpose flour from. Generic works. If you're baking biscuits, highly recommend White Lily biscuit flour.

It's more the standard than anything. I don't know about White Lily, but I've tried fresh ground flour in a few varieties straight from the mill and that's definitely better (but much less predictable.) If you want good reliable shelf stable flour that reacts exactly as the recipe wants then this is probably the one.

Aside from the fact that it is pesticide and herbicide (glypohosate) free... sure there is no difference

Nope. You made that up. And it concerns me you don't seem to know what you're talking about because glyphosate isn't a pesticide, it's an herbicide...

Organic produce uses pesticides, and herbicides, of far greater toxicity than conventional produce.

Bacillus thuringiensis, Spinosad, Pyrethrins, Copper Sulfate, Sulfur, and neem oil, just off the top of my head are all approved for use on organic produce.
