I just want to make sure everyone understands they are paying a premium here for the Organic® label, which confers nothing of quality or value whatsoever.
A 15 lb bag of King Arthur's bread flour is $9.99 at my Costco. It isn't on sale, that is the everyday price. That's $0.66 / lb versus this at $1.29 / lb.
Just to know the flour is organic, you will pay more that double.
It depends what you want to do. If you want a specific bread or cake flour, King Arthur's is the best. If you're baking cookies, it doesn't matter where you buy the all purpose flour from. Generic works. If you're baking biscuits, highly recommend White Lily biscuit flour.
King Arthur 100 percent organic bread flour is framed as a reliable, shelf stable flour that behaves the way bread and cake recipes expect. It is praised as a standard choice for specific baking needs, while generic all purpose flour is seen as fine for cookies and White Lily as the better pick for biscuits. The main drawback is value, since the organic label is treated as a premium that pushes the price well above conventional flour and several Costco or Kirkland alternatives. Shipping damage is also a concern if the bag arrives leaking.
Bakers making bread or cake recipes, because this flour behaves like a reliable shelf-stable standard that reacts exactly as recipes expect.
King Arthur is a strong choice when you need a specific bread or cake flour and want consistent results. For cookies, generic all-purpose flour is fine, and for biscuits White Lily biscuit flour is recommended; Ardent Mills and Kirkland Organic bread flour are also mentioned as lower-cost alternatives.
The organic label adds cost without improving baking value for many shoppers: this 80-oz bag works out to about $1.29/lb, versus Costco's everyday $0.66/lb for a 15-lb King Arthur bread flour bag. It is still a reliable, shelf-stable bread flour that behaves predictably in recipes, but the organic markup is substantial.
No. USDA-certified organic crop production does not allow glyphosate, though organic farms can still use other herbicides and pesticides that are permitted under organic rules, such as vinegar- or clove-oil-based products.
The packaging can take a beating in Amazon shipping, and a torn bag could spill flour into the shipping container. If the bag arrives intact, the deal is straightforward; if leakage is a concern, that risk may outweigh the savings.

Is there a better flour than King Arthur's? I think it's the best but I'd love to know if someone thinks different

It's more the standard than anything. I don't know about White Lily, but I've tried fresh ground flour in a few varieties straight from the mill and that's definitely better (but much less predictable.) If you want good reliable shelf stable flour that reacts exactly as the recipe wants then this is probably the one.

Aside from the fact that it is pesticide and herbicide (glypohosate) free... sure there is no difference

Nope. You made that up. And it concerns me you don't seem to know what you're talking about because glyphosate isn't a pesticide, it's an herbicide...
Organic produce uses pesticides, and herbicides, of far greater toxicity than conventional produce.
Bacillus thuringiensis, Spinosad, Pyrethrins, Copper Sulfate, Sulfur, and neem oil, just off the top of my head are all approved for use on organic produce.

All herbicides are pesticides but not all pesticides are herbicides. If you're gonna correct someone at least know the basics.

Know the basics, or the semantics? I think the fact that they *falsely* said it contained no pesticides, and later edited the comment to say no herbicides, 👏when it does in fact contain BOTH 👏 in greater quantities and ranking much higher on The Hodge and Sterner Scale.
