I guess it sucks for everyone else that their 5 Guys has gone down hill. Mine tastes as good as I remember my first one in Arlington in 1996; I'd say even better now that grilled jalapenos are available. Even with a rush crowd my wife and I split a small fry and it was the usual fry-container plus a full scoop of extra potatoes in the bag.
You have to sign in or create an account to use the coupon. I didn't see an option on my mobile do I searched "five guys login" which took my to the correct page.

If they are trying to create loyal customers, they are doing the opposite for some!
Yes, it's 2 double cheeseburgers for $14 in my area, but they're GOOD burgers, meaty and juicy from fresh ground beef with the grilled mushrooms and grilled onions that I love. Only Wendy's comes close on a national scale.
Ours turned it off at around 5:45pm. The online ordering system does not gate their orders to the capacity of stores, so my store was already 35-40 minutes behind when I got there for my 5:30 order (filled at 6:05). Everyone working behind the counter was going 110%. Worse, the app "auto-completes" your order 10 minutes after the promised time whether your order is complete or not, so the stores simply fill up with crazy angry Karens wanting to know where their order is.
