Yes you're right, this is around the level of a z1e handheld, steam deck is around z1.

For the price, this doesn't seem bad. I wouldn't expect to game much on it since it has an AMD Radeon 780M graphics processor, but the CPU looks solid for games that are more CPU dependent. I did a quick search and it looks like the CPU will perform a little worse than a 7940hs.

this can absolutely pretty much any non AAA game and lots of AAA games with the right settings

Looks like it only had 39 to sell... bummer pretty good system especially with 2 nvme slots that would allow for diy eGPU setup pretty easily.
