Good deal. I almost jumped on this but 2700K-6500K is too bright for me for this type of bulb which is fully exposed on my dining room chandelier and blinds you when looking at it with a 2700K bulb.

That's the color temperature, not the brightness.

Not trying to poopoo SD staff but the description says "Dimmable" but the photos state "Not Support Dimmer Switches" 👎🏻

It's a smart bulb. They need full line voltage to work properly so you can't put it on a traditional wall dimmer switch. You have to use the app to dim.

Brightness is loosely correlated to watts, this one being 60W. 2700k is the temperature (yellow -ish colored light) all the way to 6500k (very white, almost blue colored light.) Old bulbs more commonly referred to these colors like "candlelight", "daylight", or "cool white".

Moreover: this is dimmable anyways. Not too bright.

No, the listing is 100% accurate, just doesn't mention what kind of dimmer. They also include a remote that can dim the bulbs so you don't need your phone.

Would any non-smart LED bulb that says "dimmable" also be inaccurate if they didn't specify "must use triac dimmer, not mosfet or igbt compatible"?

You're not understanding how the dimming functions of led works. And the dimming function of traditional bulbs work.

The controller on the bulb controls the brightness, but it needs full power TO the bulb.

Regular bulbs dim by the switch sending less power to it. Hence why you need a dimmer switch.
