But also Amazon probably can't inspect them thoroughly. One of mine has mismatched case. I also got B&W earbuds that have issues with charging case (but I can understand that it is hard to check such issues with thousands of returns).
Anyway, Amazon won't probably force you to keep them if they are not as advertised.
