these don't always store so good, old packets can harden and become less useful
I have a huge lot that has solidified. I don't know if there is anyway to dehydrate them again.

Try storing in a large zip-lock bag with a couple rechargeable silica desiccant packs

I actually vacuum seal my packets 50 pieces at a time. I used to do 100 but found I don't go thru them as quickly as I thought I did. So far they are staying dry and usable.

I've had my latest box for over 18 months and have not had this happen once, and I live in a climate where we can get weeks with high humidity. If this keeps happening to you then why aren't you putting them in a ziploc or other sealed container?

Are they clear when poured in water? Any flavors that don't?
it will be just as "clear" as if you squeezed lemon juice in your glass would

Yes happened to the last big box I got, I now buy the smaller packs. Wish it was a variety pack of the different flavors that would be worth it. The 100 packs last me about a year so yeah this wouldn't stay fresh for almost 5 years.

These are great for cooking. Just when you need to add a little bit of lemon to something.

I've had this happen to my old ones but once you get it into liquid it still mixes just fine

I put lemons in my water to help me progeny kidney stones. Will these do the same since it's suppose to be true lemons?
Would imagine so, since they're dehydrated lemons.

It is a fantastic product. The lime as well. It's just like squeezing a section of lemon into your drink.

I keep them in the refrigerator and have no problems.
