A lot of people buy these for their Blink security cameras which are incredibly sensitive to voltage sag, live in extreme temepratures, and are expected to last for long periods. There are rechargeables that work with them, but its hard to find ones that work well and the cameras don't accurately warn you when the batteries are low like they do with these.
