Buying 3 was the best deal for me other than just 1 bag. Also had a $5 off $25+ grocery. Bringing 3 bags to .98875 per oz. My son loves this kind so wanted at least 1 lb.

As someone who makes jerky, the prices don't bother me much but the sugar content does.

Cheapest beef I can find for jerky is 5.99/lb for London Broil or Round Roast. It takes 4 lbs of meat to get a little over 1lb of jerky, so 25$ a pound just for the beef.

I sell mine locally for 20$ per 1/2lb. It's not really a profit venture, just providing friends with jerky when I make some.

My friend (we are both 79 & don't get about as we once did & everything is more difficult & takes longer) used to make various types & all were top-notch. For Christmas, last year, he made some & gave me a qt. bag full, but that was the 1st time in several years. Like so many other things, homemade is the way to go, despite the cost, if you want good stuff.
