I got this recently and would say it is certainly worth that price. I have never had a small unit like this so don't have anything to compare it to...but it was super convenient to use. I topped off tires +1-2 psi on 2 cars and it did the job. It was pretty hot at the end though.

I have used it about 5-6 times. Filled up my leaky trailer tire from 30psi to 50psi. It does get warm with that much usage

There have been similar units with more features for lower prices posted on SD. For example, the others have the ability to connect via cigarette light adapter as well as usb-c, quick connect chuck built in, and can work as a power bank with usb-c output. As to which one does a better job at its core function of inflating, hard to say. This one would have to be better at that to be worth the price premium.

Got this tire inflator about a month ago & used it a bunch of times since. Works excellent & it's pretty fast. Once fully charged, I was able to inflate all the tires to the 5 cars in my household. Most only needed 4-5 PSI but my son's car needed about 12 PSI in all 4 of his tires. After inflating all 20 tires, the pump still had about ⅓ of the battery left. The air hose & the pump gets pretty hot after that workout but still works perfectly. Liked it so much I got 4 more, one for each car. Has a flashlight & window breaker integrated into the pump.
