I suspect this likely does not have Milwaukee's battery protection circuit. Probably better off purchasing a Milwaukee impact if needed so you don't ruin your pricey milwaukee batteries.

Not to mention, you can get a 1/2 with 'less' torque for less than twice this price, and I'd be suspicious of these manufacturer's number claims. Plus 5 yr warranty.
