This headlight restoration kit is aimed at clearing cloudy lenses with an easy, all in one process, and the included instructions and warranty support stand out. The kit is described as simple to follow, with everything needed in the box, and it reportedly worked on a 2019 Acura MDX headlight starting to cloud. The ceramic coating is the main draw, but the long term durability is questioned, with stronger alternatives like wet sanding, motorized buffing, or a 3M drill kit called out as more effective. A dependable basic option if convenience matters more than maximum longevity.

Just gotta tell you. Cerakote 3 step process is amazing. Does it work forever? they claim it but we will see. So far worth every penny. I actually did a set for my daughter-in-law's car. let me see if i can upload a before and after. Truly awesome (and no i don't get a thing by helping you with your headlights). Following all the instructions!shade (no direct sunlight), wash headlights, then go through the 3 step process (inside the packaging is their link to youtube instructional video).https://drive.google.com/drive/fo...QgVmhj-Rs-
here's the amazon link to the kit. Let me know if can see the shared photos. its a 2016 Toyota rav4z https://a.co/d/0jfqWtAL

Tried out the Turtle Wax kit recently just because I saw it on clearance while at Auto Zone one day. TW was just another half baked kit.

My go to is multi step wet sanding (1000 - 1500 - 2000 - 2500) and then hitting the lens with Chemical Guys V34 followed by V38 and then the sealant of choice. The V34 cleared up everything the TW kit left behind including a slight yellow hue remaining and gets them crystal clear every time!

That's the best way to do it. It's so quick and easy.

Just wet sand and get a can of 2k clear and spray that will last the longest and isn't that expensive
2k clear is not meant for plastic and will eventually yellow and it's a sanding project to fix.

Second this. I just did this for my 2019 MDX headlight that was starting to cloud on one end. Easy to follow, everything you need is in the kit and they give you a lifetime warranty. They will send you a replacement kit when needed. Even if you screw up they will send you some more for free. Awesome American made product. Btw the Google Drive share is not accessible to anyone.
