The 9.99 regular edition comes with the Yuffie FF7 Integrade Mission already, so deluxe mostly for the other stuff.

The physical game is a GKC (game key card) which means the game needs to be downloaded and installed to Switch or SD storage regardless of which one you buy. Not discounting that the size of these games are a problem, it's just not a problem that can be remedied by buying physical. Nice AI comment, btw.

Just got a switch 2 day before the price hike - now I'm definitely looking forward to this! Thanks!
I still remember buying FFVII for the PS1 at Sears back in the day. $10 off and a free shirt? Nice!
The shirt, unfortunately, is long gone, but I still have my original FFVII game.

This hit title is currently on sale at an all-time low price; however, consumers should note that while the digital version is significantly cheaper than the physical edition, the game requires nearly 90GB of storage space—meaning Switch 2 users might need to purchase expensive microSD cards to expand their storage.https://www.nintendo.com/us/store...-switch-2/

rebirth is $25...that worth it?
No, it's way too bloated. I really disliked it and it put me off of completing the series.

I bought Final Fantasy 7 rebirth over a year ago for $37 and have no regrets…great game. How about you look at online ratings and reviews…the game generally tends to have positive reviews, but you'll always find people hating on it online for various reasons (same could be said for most video games).

PS5 and Switch 2 are the same price. PS5 has better frame rate, but when I look at comparison videos I don't think I can tell the difference. Switch 2 version allows for portability but takes up a larger chunk of available storage space (PS5 is 2TB). What to do?

Agreed. Minigames drove me nuts, and especially that stupid ass FORCED card game.

Bought this cheap on Steam and put in 55hrs. It's not the FF7 as you remember, but it was a pretty entertaining game with some funny dialog at times. I'd say worth it for $10 on this platform.
