Finally pulled the trigger after tracking tv prices for months.
Nothing comes close to this at this price and size! So excited!
Even had 24months no interest offer too

and looks like the smaller versions are on sale too (the 55 inch is $600 for example - no idea if that qualifies as a good price or not wiser heads than mine can probably weigh in on that
5-yr geek squad warranty warranted here? Wonder if costco will have similar deal with included warranty.
I have had some issues with it, and just want to give buyers a heads-up. First off, ours Auto-Updates even when I explicitly have updates disabled. This broke eARC on my unit, that not even factory resetting or different cables could fix. thankfully after a later update (4 months later or so) I was able to get eARC to work by manually setting it to passthrough mode. It still occasionally updates on it's own even though I have never enabled Auto-Updates.
Another issue that bugs the heck out of me, is that it never remembers the digital antenna channels. I have to rescan every single day, occasionally multiple times a day if I'm watching broadcast TV and turn off the TV for whatever reason. This has not been resolved with updates, nor with factory resets. It is quite infuriating at times, but we got a decent deal on it that had not been beat until now I guess. I would buy it again, unless I could get that Sony within $400 of it.
